10-Day Summer Slimdown Squat & Plank Challenge


Did you know that squats & planks are some of the most effective ways to get fast results!  
In the 10-Day Summer Slimdown Squat & Plank Challenge, we will focus on strengthening & toning your entire body in just 6-8 minutes a day!  Each day you will get a set of exercises, a tip, a video, plus the support & encouragement required to make it happen.  
This is a FREE challenge that requires no special equipment or DVDs.  My only requirement for joining this 10-Day Summer Slimdown Squat & Plank Challenge is that you be committed enough to participate in the group discussions, do the work, be a supportive teammate to your fellow challengers & follow the steps below:

  • Sign up for my FREE coaching via my Team Beachbody site by clicking on the page link HERE if you haven’t already.
  • Once you have completed that, drop me an email HERE with the subject line "SQUAT CHALLENGE" & I’ll add you to our group.
  • Be sure to sign up for Your Daily Dose of Morning Motivation emails to get updates, fit & nutrition tips, with a wee bit of our favorite fit beauty tips mixed in there. Looking forward to having you with us!

*Space in these groups is limited.  We will reserve spots for those who have purchased a challenge pack for one of our TBB Boot Camps in the past six months first.  Remaining spots will then be filled by those who have not yet tried one of our free challenges.  If space permits, we will fill any remaining spots with those who have done free challenge groups in the past.
