Tooshie Tuesday...

Happy Tuesday!

Today I want to share a little "workout-a-long" video that you can use to start getting your tooshie ready for summertime & bikinis!

A few cues before you do this video...

* Be sure to keep your core engaged throughout the whole circuit!  This helps build your strength & stability, as well as, help protect your back from injury

* Remember to squeeze your TOOSHIE at the top of each move!  This IS a Tooshie Tuesday circuit afterall ;)

* Repeat this circuit 3-5 times
